    Description

    1973 Buick Riviera Grand Sport
This is a well-kept and reliable collector classic. This Riviera spent it’s life garaged in the California desert. All the chrome and trim looks amazing, with absolutely no rust or corrosion. It looks like a work of art sitting in the driveway and the design was focused on an overall ascetic. It’s well-kept, with regular services, and routinely drives to the mountains every month (about 200 miles round trip). Truly a turn-key ride.
Specs: 73 Riviera GS Option with factory AC. Power Steering. Power Brakes. Power Windows. Numbers matching.
Motor: Original 455 4b Option, Headers, Dual 2.5 Straight Pipes (has a sharp and deep rumble tone), starts first key crank, vacuum tuned (timing and carb dialed into high vacuum), no oil leaks, no vacuum leaks, detailed engine bay. It's actually fast.
Trans: Th400, Console shifter optioned, recent service with paperwork (fluid, filter, and seals), drives freeway speeds just fine, smooth shifts, no fluid leaks.
Suspension: Airbags all around with relative switches on the console, adjustable ride preferences, new shocks, sway bars front and rear (GS option), this Riv can sit on the frame with smaller wheels (original wheels included in sale), disc brakes upfront, original front A-arms included in sale. First picture is sitting, last picture is at ride height.
Body: All chrome and trim looks amazing (could be one of the car’s best features), all body panels are straight, smooth lines, hood tach, no accidents ever, perfect glass with no chips or swirls in the glass, decent single stage paint (has flaws like normal chips, flaws on top roof, the roof rails are rust free, overall nothing abnormal), no rust in the wheel areas or door jams. Basically the overall body condition is as good as a 50year garaged CA desert car gets.
Interior: Tan interior color. Original dash with no cracks! The seats have no tears or issues. All the trim pieces are there, no missing dome lenses or any of that bullshit. The headliner is perfect. All the gauges work, speedo has a speed alarm (white dial), more hotrod style gauges are in the glove box for exact temps, oil pressure, and volts. Custom steering wheel, the original steering wheel is in good condition and included in the purchase.
Sound: Bass tube, Infinity speakers, 6 disc changer, standard deck.
Wheels: Keizer 20"s on Hankooks, the original wheels are included in the purchase and in good condition.
