We believe the item to be in new condition with all the components that came in the original packaging, however, we are not implying or guaranteeing that it is complete.  Again, please ask for additional information if needed.

Edit:  We had a question asked to us on if there was anything wrong and if it had scratches.  The following was our response:  "
We are attempting to answer your question by sending the following photos.  We opened the box by cutting the packaging tape.  We took a picture of the Styrofoam and the components.  We removed it and took a picture of the inside contents.  We did not remove them.  We place the Styrofoam as it was, and took picture of the outside of the box.  There does not appear to be any external damage.  It appears to be in the original packaging, however we have not tested the unit and have no means to do so.
