    Returns
    We can accept returns within 30 calendar days if the item has not been used or installed. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and must include the original factory box packaging (e.g foam plastic, wrapping, etc.) and all instructional paperwork.
    Refunds
    Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 2-3 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise.     Defective Merchandise

    Damaged Merchandise

If the shipment has only partial damage, please mark on the delivery slip the boxes arrived "damaged" and only accept the boxes in good condition.
